Return Policy

Purchases can be exchanged or returned for in-store credit only. We do not issue refunds on any purchases. Original receipt is required for any exchange or return.

All exchanges and returns must be completed by the end of the current season due to seasonal inventory.

If a customer need to return an item that was shipped to them, shipping costs will be incurred by the customer. Before returning your item via mail, please contact store@sarniasting.com.

Clearance and customized jerseys are final sale.

Shipping & Delivery

Sting Authentics offers flat rate shipping. Shipping costs will be based on the shipping address provided. International Shipping charges only covers the cost of the shipping, it excludes any duties, taxes, and other charges that maybe charge by the receiving country.

Local Pick Up - orders can be picked up at the Box Office during our regular store hours.

Please note: we do our best to have your order ready within a couple of business days but there may be some instances where it may take a bit longer.
